If you go down to New Orleans this time of year, you already know parade parking can be a nightmare, but not if you reserve a spot before you leave home.
There are hundreds of parking lots and garages around the city, but they fill up very quickly. A spokesperson for premium parking lots says they have been seeing a steady flow of revelers, but there are plenty of spots still available.
Parking will cost you between $30 and $50. You can reserve a space through a website called Park Whiz.
